What redemption actually costs
We put this on the front page on purpose. You should know before you give us your time, not after.
Your certificate covers the sailing or the stay itself. Redeeming it requires charges nobody can waive: port fees and government taxes on the cruise, resort and processing fees on the condo.
The exact amounts are itemized in full in your confirmation materials before your appointment. Availability, blackout dates, and travel windows apply, of course.
What the 75-90 minutes looks like

Group Presentation
A presenter walks a small group through our travel and cruise products, how the pricing works, what's available, and who it tends to suit.

One-on-One Conversation
You'll have a one-on-one with a travel representative who can talk about your own travel plans and answer specific questions.

Choose Your Certificate
You will be offered the opportunity to purchase a travel membership. You are never required to, attendance is what qualifies you for your certificate.
Why would anyone give away a cruise?
It's the first thing most people ask, and it's a fair question!
We buy cruise and travel inventory in bulk, at rates well below what's published to the general public. Most companies would take that budget and spend it on television, radio, or digital ads. We spend it on certificates like this one instead — partly because it reaches the right people, and partly because the certificate itself is a working demonstration of the pricing we're going to show you.

Before You Book
Make sure you qualify
The certificate has real requirements, and we'd rather you know them now than discover them at check-in.
You're 45 years or older
Your household income is $60,000 or more
Married or living with a partner and both must attend together
Have a valid government-issued ID and a major credit card in your own name (for verification purposes)
Travel agents and travel club owners are not eligible. Additional state-specific requirements may apply and will be stated in your invitation.
Questions people ask before booking

Are there any costs to attend?
No. Attending the showcase is free and there's no financial obligation of any kind.
How long does it take?
About 75 to 90 minutes, plus a few minutes for check-in. Some run a little longer if attendees have detailed questions.
Do I have to buy anything to get the certificate?
No. Attending the full presentation and meeting the eligibility requirements is what qualifies you. Whether you purchase makes no difference to your certificate.
Is this a sweepstakes or a prize?
No. You didn't win anything and there's no drawing. Every qualified person who attends receives the same certificate.
Do I need to be on camera?
Yes. We ask that all attending household members be visible for the presentation. Nothing is used for marketing.
Where does the presentation take place?
On Zoom, in your own home, on your own device. There's no hotel meeting, no in-person component, and you can end the call whenever you like, but you must attend the entire presentation to receive your certificate.
What if I need to reschedule?
Call our reservation team at our guest line. Rescheduling is easy and there's no penalty.

Sessions run Monday-Friday, afternoon and evening. Each session holds a limited number of attendees, so pick a time that gives you the full 90 minutes without rushing.
